How To Know When You Are READY For Change 🧐🫣

Sometimes, the idea of changing our lives sounds amazing! But here’s the thing: change is rarely about feeling “ready.” I think it’s more of a choice—a little bit scary, sure, but all the good things come with a few butterflies, right? 🦋 For me, deciding to be open to change wasn’t a moment where everything clicked perfectly; it was simply deciding, “I’m doing this no matter how it feels!” 🌱

Change isn’t about waiting for that magical moment where everything feels aligned. No matter how often you check in with yourself or tell yourself “I’ll do it later when I feel ready,” you won’t feel 100% prepared. And that’s okay! Embracing change is about making the decision, even if it feels uncomfortable, and trusting that as you go, you’ll find your footing.

For all of us, there comes a point where we can’t ignore what we know we need to do, even if it’s challenging. Maybe you’re holding onto something—a job, a friendship, a habit—that you know isn’t right for you anymore. It might even be something that’s holding you back from becoming the person you truly want to be. That’s the moment you realize: I don’t feel ready, but I’m going to choose this change anyway. 🌷 It’s about stepping into your power and knowing that growth is always on the other side of fear.

And trust me, I know it’s easier said than done. I’ve had to push myself into change so many times, and even now, I’m so grateful for every one of you who’s followed my journey through the ups and downs.
