Prepping For Labor! 36 Weeks Pregnant

As I get closer to the 40 week mark I’m doing as much as possible to help myself have a smooth labor process!

This is NOT to induce labor, but it’s a tasty drink that helps strengthen the uterus!

I’ve also heard that the pineapple juice can help with dilation so it’s worth a try! 💕
