My First Sleeper Train Experience (in Vietnam)

I had always wanted to try a sleeper train and I finally did it in the start of this year!

🤭 Why I did it:

1. Unique experience

2. Cheap

3. Timing can be picked to suit sleeping time

4. Mingle and make friends with the locals

🫢 Few pointers to note:

1. The bed and pillow might not be comfortable to some

2. Safety is still a concern especially for solo travellers (but the locals we met were really nice!)

3. It is still a long ride compared to flights (recommend for those who have time to kill and money to save)

It was a one of kind experience but I’m willing to do it again!
