Surrey Hills Grocer 🍴

Decided to head down to Surrey Hills Grocer at Woodleigh outlet for a dinner gathering with my close friends. There were so many great reviews about it of course we had to try it! Is it a yay or nay?

1. Lava Wagyu Burger $32

I love how the cheese isn’t gelat at all! The cheese lava is like a warm blanket coating over the burger 😫 The burger bun itself is soft and the caramelised onion added flavour to the burger. Please do order this, MUST okay 🥺 I would go back just for this so issa YAY from me

2. Tom Yum Tater Tots $19

The tom yum flavour isn’t that strong. You can never go wrong with tater tots!

3. Pork Belly Benny $28

Nothing special about this dish. The pork belly was abit tough 😅 It’s a nay from me

4. Signature Nasik Lemak with Opar Ayam $25

The rice is super soft along with the hint of coconut. Sambal was not bad too! The chicken tasted pretty interesting along with the sauce. It’s not really a must try item. For $25, nay 😅 (you can order it if you are curious to know how a $25 nasik lemak would taste like)

It is a pet friendly cafe so you would get to see a lot of cute doggos 🐶 Do note that different outlets have different menus. So do check out the menus before deciding which outlet you would like to head down to! Would I go back again? YES just for the lava wagyu beef burger 🥺
