Too tired for a jog last evening.
Slept right after putting the baby to bed.
Woke up to a 0.05KG increase comparing to the scale the day before. 📈
Body fat, body muscles remained.
Weigh the night and it’s another +0.05KG increase
Anyone care to share what your “coach” meal plan is? Honestly I didn’t follow.
Here is what I am supposed to follow:
Breakfast:
1. Kuro Daitto (Meal replacement)
1 pack, mix with 250-300 ml water
2. Kuro Mizu - 1 Sachet after Daitto
Lunch:
1. Before Lunch *30mins* Kuro Shuga x1 Kuro Oiru x1, (Chewable tablets)
2. Lunch as usual *but control portion
Dinner:
1. Before Dinner *30mins* Kuro Shuga x1 Kuro Oiru x1, (Chewable tablets)
2. Kuro Daitto (Meal replacement) 1 pack ,mix with 250-300ml water
