PLASTIC SURGERY AT 22 YEARS OLD

Been scrolling through this app and realise majority are us woman posting content to help each other out in many ways which I appreciate the whole community objective 🙌🏻

Okay anyway , I went through 3 procedure in the surgery. I did Alar-plasty, rhino plasty and chin argumentation under local Anesthesia which means I was awake the entire time but they numb the areas that they were doing procedure on. For Rhino plasty i did a semi open procedure and took part of my ear cartilage to create the tip of my nose to the shape that I want , also adding in the silicon to my nose bridge . Before the surgery the surgeon and yourself will discuss on how you want your nose to be like etc so you can show them reference picture and such and they will explain to you what they will do and you are good to go .

I have a high pain tolerance and the pain was maybe 3/10 just alittle uncomfortable as you can literally smell your meat burning and bone grinding .

I did my surgery in Bangkok which is extremely cheap and affordable. Choosing the right clinic took me quite some time as I won’t want to go to a random ass clinic that may seem very reputable but ended up just being google pictures HAHAHA I just want to make sure the clinic I’m going is legit with a legit doctor! So I had to study every clinic reading all the reviews through every platform they have . There are afew good clinics but their price are quite on a high side . I chose mine as it was a mid-range price in Bangkok (but still cheaper than doing in sg or Korea) . So with this 3 surgical procedure I spend about 4.5k sgd with all the medications and extra cost . Extra cost being all the covid test the gown etc all this are small cost that they charge . They told me before I flew to Bangkok so it was not a surprise top up or anything so alls is good 🤣

Even with the cheap price that I paid for their after service was really good . Even after I flew back to SG they constantly ask if I was okay and how is everything and if you have any concerns they will reply you promptly.

I was there for 2 weeks as they recommended me to be around for 2 weeks so they could check on me if everything is healing well so I won’t have bad recovering scars . Also I stayed longer so they could help me to take out the stitches , FYI if you cannot afford to take 2 weeks of leave from work you can actually get your stitches out in SG at any clinic , but you have to pay extra to them which probably cost extra $60sgd ? Not too sure how much SG charges for taking out your stitches but we all know their prices are unreasonable 😂 hence why I also chose to take my stitches out in Bangkok (FOC) .

Surgery took about 5hours ish so imagine me being awake for 5 hours hahaha sounds scary but it was quite an experience 😵‍💫. After Surgery my whole face felt very tight and swollen as seen on the pictures haha but all is good I still can go to night market to shop . But was restricted to eat solid food nor drink alcohol 😢 .

After the First week of surgery I went back for a review and they took out my bandages so I won’t look like zombie walking around . Is quite normal to see someone walking around with bandages you won’t feel any insecurity or anything . I even went to the salon to get my hair washed and the people there are really considerate they protect my bandages and made sure my bandages are not wet .

I proceed the rest of my holiday as per normal and a day before flying back to SG I got my stitches remove and honestly pain was a 8/10 as there were no local anesthesia anymore so you can literally feel the thread pulling your skin. FYI you will have a lot a lot of dry blood which makes it painful 😵‍💫

All in all healing process took about 3 months to see how exactly your nose will turn out to be .
