* 1-8ct can of butter tastin buttermilk biscuits
* 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) of butter
* 2 tsp minced garlic
* Parsley
* Shredded mozzarella cheese
Bake Temperature: 350F
Bake Time: 22-25 minutes until golden brown
Pan: Round Pie Pan
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Melt your butter, minced garlic, and parsley together in the microwave until melted.
3. Take your biscuits out of the can.
4. Smash them or flatten them out a bit.
5. Add about a pinch full of mozzarella cheese to the center.
6. Fold your biscuit over and ping the sides.
7. Once the sides are secure, roll into a ball.
8. Repeat this with each biscuit.
9. Spray your pan with nonstick spray. I used a nonstick butter spray.
10. Place your biscuit bombs in your pan.
11. Top with your garlic butter. Leaving some for when they are done and baked.
12. Bake at 350F for 22-25 minutes until your biscuit bombs are golden brown on top.
13. Once done, spread and pour the rest of the garlic butter on top.
14. Break a biscuit bomb off and get ready for the CHEESE PULL.
15. These were sooo delicious and can be paired with alfredo, spaghetti, and many more pasta dishes. Or maybe just for the hell of it 😂🤍
