Peanut Butter Cookies 🥜

* 5 tbsp unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

* 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter

* 1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk

* 1 cup light brown sugar

* 1/3 cup white granulated sugar + some for rolling

* 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

* 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

* 3/4 tsp baking soda

* 1 tsp sea salt

Bake Temperature: 350F

Bake Time: 12 minutes

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Add your butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar to a bowl and cream for 1-2 minutes.

3. Add your egg and egg yolk. Also add your vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.

4. Add your flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Fold into wet ingredients until fully combined.

5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

6. Scoop your cookie dough balls.

7. Pour some sugar on a plate. Toss cookie dough balls in sugar. This step is optional.

8. Bake at 350F for 12 minutes.

9. Once cookies are done let cool for 10 minutes.
