Ingredients:

2 lobster tails

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 lemon (for juice)

Zest of 1 lemon

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges and fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat your oven to broil.

Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top of the lobster shell lengthwise. Pull the lobster meat out gently, keeping it attached at the base, and lay it over the shell for a beautiful presentation.

Garlic Butter Mixture:

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, smoked paprika, lemon juice, and zest. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.

Coat and Broil:

Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up. Broil in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Keep an eye on it to avoid overcooking.

Lemon Herb Drizzle:

Just before serving, squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the cooked lobster tails for a bright flavor boost.

Garnish with fresh parsley, thyme sprigs, and lemon wedges for a pop of color.

Serve:

For extra visual appeal, serve the lobster tails on a large platter with a side of melted butter for dipping, surrounded by lemon wedges, vibrant herbs, and a light sprinkle of paprika for a warm glow.
