I have a ton of books

I love to read because I’m an advocate for mental health and what I feed my brain.

My mind and my life changed because of these books. Throughout my adult life (mid 30s), I’ve read each of these books more than I can count. These books (in my opinion) are life essentials and staples to developing the best version of yourself.
