Bourbon Glazed Salmon 🤯

I cooked the bourbon out guys so don’t panic 🙌🏾

Marinade:

Brown sugar

Rice vinegar

Hoisin sauce

Soy sauce

Apple juice

Let your salmon marinate at least 10 minutes before cooking it.

Also when I made the glaze and added the bourbon I let it reduce until the alcohol was cooked out and only had the bourbon flavor left.
