I love the combination of banana and chocolate together, and this muffin recipe is certainly a delight to make for a sweet and yummy breakfast when I have overripe bananas lying on the countertop I'm using Gavia instead of sugar, which is made from Stevia to help me reduce my sugar and calorie intake. Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe

Makes 12 muffins

Ingredients:

125ml vegetable oil

65g gavia or sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg

200g bananas

100ml milk

225g plain flour

1 3/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

90g chocolate chips

Baking Temperature and Times:

180c 25 to 30 mins
