Mango Sticky Rice #recipe
Ingredients
200g glutinous rice
250ml water
1 pandan leaf
200ml coconut cream
60g gavia or sugar
¼ tsp salt
Black sesame seeds
2 Fresh mangoes
Instructions:
Soak glutinous rice with water for a few hours
In a rice cooker, add in pre-soaked rice, water, and pandan leaf. Let it cook.
In a sauce pan, drizzle in coconut cream, sugar, and salt and heat up until sugar is dissolved.
Serve the dish with a scoop of rice, fresh rippened mangoes, coconut cream and sesame seeds.
