The trick to making your muscles grow isn’t just lifting heavy weights, it’s about making sure only the right muscle is working. You want to keep your body super still, so your glutes (the muscles in your butt) do all the work. This new exercise will feel amazing if you try it right! Start with light bands and don’t use more than 60lbs of weight until you get the hang of it. Once you feel it, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about!🎯
