FLUFFY PIZZA DOUGH IN ONLY 20 mins !!

I’m not jokiiiinnnggggg !!!! 😱

So today I’ve discovered that we could use the FERMENTATION mode for our dough so it can grow without necessarily leaving it on the side for 1/2/3 hours ! And I’m soooo amazed !!!!

I tried this function and as you can see on the video, the dough came out WAYYY BIGGER, FLUFFIER, and EVEN AERATED! Like a cloudy little dough !

I’m telling you that this machine is the Tesla of the cooking machines ! When I see people saying that it’s just a soup maker or rice cooker I’m like 👀 they obviously don’t know what this machine is capable of !!!!

I’m lazy ? I don’t do SHIT when using the thermomix

I’m tired ? The machine does everything for me

Out of inspiration for today’s meal ? This machine has 80 000+ recipes I can look at and pick

I don’t have time to cook ? She’s here !

I don’t know how to cook ? (Yah that’s one of my biggest problem 😂) well this machine is here to save me and make me look like a chef at home and in front of my guests

Anyways … this pizza is just amazing ! I had to send a picture to the whole family !!!!

Tip :

- Do the pizza dough with the thermomix. Respect quantities and let it do the job

- Once the dough Is ready, go on the fermentation option, put the time for 1 hour / temperature 37 and maximum fermentation

- Once you did this the machine will start the fermentation process

- Open the timer and put it for 20 mins

- 20 mins later, the machine will let you know that the job is done and : Tadaaaa ! A fluffy dough ready to go in the oven !!!
