- Wrap of your choice

- Vegan bacon

- Tomatoes

- Arugula

- Mushrooms

- Avocado

- Mambo Sauce

Additional tips/notes:

To make your vegan bacon mix together soy sauce, nutritional yeast, liquid smoke, onion powder, paprika, siracha and maple syrup (I used homemade syrup).

Warm your pan with oil of your choice.

Stir together & wet your rice paper. And dip in your sauce blend cut rice paper using a pizza cutter & fry.

I also seasoned my mushrooms with the same sauce blend.
