Items needed:

Butter

Skillet

Whisk

Airtight container for storage; I use glass

Patience, time and effort

1. Melt butter in pan;

2. Cook on med heat;

2. Contunously stir/whisk using a whisk; (5-8 minutes)

3. Once you smell the nutty aroma, notice the brown specks(milk duds) in your pan and have the frothy foam on top, remove from heat.

4. Store in airtight container. Being sure to scrape all that nutty goodness from the bottom of your pan.
