Ingredients:
- Okra (lady fingers)
- Soft Tofu
- Spring onions
- Sesame seed
Sauce :
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
1. Steam tofu for 10mins
2. Blanch Okra in boiling water for 2-3mins
3. Cut okra into tiny pieces
4. Assemble okra on tofu
5. Drizzle sauce on tofu
6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seed
