What I was trying to make vs what I made

So I tried needle felting for the first time with a little kit I won off of temu.

First and foremost if you think there are staples in the foam, those are actually the felting needles, of which I did not find until it was time to make the bird.

I made the capybara with a charm rod instead of the needles because I didn't get distracted and play with what I thought were giant staples until the last step.

I think I'll name these little guys Charles and Charlie. Honestly, it was a fun experience. I will definitely do more needle felting in the future.
