Dog Camera 📷 review

Considering to buy a house camera so u can check on your furkids while ur away? 😊 I’m gonna share my user experience with Furbo and Xiaomi

1️⃣ - Furbo

Rating /⭐⭐

Recommend: ❌

Reason: Overrated, not worth the money and no local storage of the recording so u can’t trace back

Review: Furbo packages themselves as specialising in DOG camera to catch dog owners’ attention. The selling point is the camera has the “tossing treat” function. But u know what?! Most of the furkids won’t react to the treat being tossed out when there is no one at home. I can’t even begin to tell u how food greedy my furkids are, but they won’t even look at the treat when I’m away. I’m using the old version, which the camera cannot rotate 360 degree, and it costed me 250USD (after discount!). The lasted version allows you rotate 360 degree, and it costed 329USD (after discount). With 329USD, there are so many other options you can consider and they are all better than Furbo. I’m now no longer using the Furbo camera to check on my furkids, the only reason why I don’t give it away is that the camera sends me the real-time baking alert. So.. whenever I receive a barking alert notification, I access my Xiaomi camera to see what’s going on 😂

2️⃣ - Xiaomi

Rating /⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Recommend: ✅

Reason: Worth the money, high image quality and local storage (cloud or SD card)

Review: Xiaomi camera has a very high image quality both during daytime and the night. And it is equipped with motion sensor (check on the second photo attached 😊) I think the camera should be able to capture baby crying and send u notification? But this is not working on the furkid’s barking noise 😂 I’m very happy with it cuz 1)worth money. The camera only costs 89SGD 2)the camera has storage which allows u to playback 3) wide view. 360 degrees. All in all, highly recommended
