1 looking to the side: think of this post as a full body side profile shot. You can either look to the left or to the right

2. The second pose is a pose to give out this strong feeling. You can achieve this shot but using a low angle shot while looking directly at the camera.

3. The third one is what I like to call the inflatable man. With this pose think of your arm as noodle; they are loose and jiggly. This pose give out a loose and chaotic feel while also being in control.
