BEST masks to clear inflamed dry skin instantly!

Hello friends 🍋 I’m finally back with another post (apologies for the mia!! came back from kr 2 weeks ago + trying to settle into my new job so I ttfo right after work LOL but I swear I’m back to give you guys good beauty reccos😗)! This time round I want to share about my experience trying 4️⃣ ✨highly raved sheet masks✨ and whether they were for me.

Pstttt: I brought these sheet masks to Europe during winter when my skin was hella dry & peeling + with tons of redness 🥹 Stick till the end to find out which masks are worth the money and can give you 💧clear, glowy skin💧!

1. 𝗜𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗲 & 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗸

✨ claims:

- clear out clogged pores, white heads & black heads

- prevent bacterial accumulation & clogging through deep cleansing

- leaves your skin looking glowy & hydrated

✨ design: a mask that bubbles & foams up when it adheres to your skin! I huge fan of the foaming process because it makes me feel like my face is being cleaned extra well 🤣 after 10-15 mins, remove the mask and wash off the bubbles with water.

✨ quality: fits & adheres well

✨ results: skin feels extra 🥺clean🥺 & 💧glowy💧after use!! if you have acne prone skin, definitely recco this to you - I use this whenever I have pimples and it flattens out instantly and gets better over the next few days. There is also visible reduction in redness & pore size. LOVE!!!!! haven’t encountered a mask like this so defo worth the price tag

✨ claims: contains milk protein extract to provide radiance & nourishment, in addition to revitalizing tired skin

✨ design: this mask is made of microfiber sheet mask - adheres well to the face but slightly bigger than my face size! 😗

✨ quality: quality of this mask is 💯💯💯 - much thicker & better than brands like innisfree’s 😬!!! mask contains a lot of juice & the essence is of a milky gel nature - slightly thicker texture than madecassoside version; there’s substantial volume for the face, neck & arms! 🍼 the milky texture makes it slightly messy but idmz ☺️

✨ results: I LOVE THIS MASK. 🥰 Essence is on the slightly thicker side but absorbs really well into the skin! My face is super revitalised after, and feels super smooth & soft after use! 😗

✨ claims: soothing & moisturizing

✨ design: this mask is similar to milk sticker ver; it’s made of microfiber sheet mask - adheres well to the face but slightly bigger than my face size!

✨ quality: abib’s masks never fails, quality is once again on point! thickness of the mask is just nice and similar to other gummy sheet mask, essence is the clear type & there’s enough for the face, neck, arms, etc:)))) texture is also lightweight :)

✨ results: this mask is slightly less hydrating than the milk sticker version, but still extremely moisturizing! love how there’s a soothing effect and zero tackiness 😌

✨ claims:

- targets clogged pores & blackheads + defends your skin from pimples

- brighten dull skin

- hydrate your skin

- reduce inflammation & redness

- strengthen skin barrier

✨price: $18 for 1 sheet, $80 for 5 sheets; get it here

✨design: there are 2 layers for this mask: a plastic sheet and the mask itself. Gotta lay it nicely on your face before removing the plastic sheet portion! It’s a thoughtful design that helps to make sure that your mask adheres on your skin nicely but I felt that it did make the process slightly messy.

✨ quality: Fits my face, adheres well with minimal air bubbles

✨results: Essence absorbs nicely into the skin 💧!!! My skin did appear visibly brighter & hydrated, and the mask did a good job in calming down the redness of my skin! 😚 I bought this mask with the hope that there’ll be effect on my pores & blackheads but there it wasn’t visible to me😢. Overall, I feel like I would give this a mask a miss :( ~ The price tag is extremely hefty for its offerings and I think that there are other masks can achieve similar results! 😎

All in all, I’m so glad I tried abib and ice secret’s pore & glow mask - really converted me! 🥹✨ These masks in fact helped me to keep my skin clear & glowy while I was overseas for a whole 3 weeks - major love 😗❤️
