how to get from jb -> sg

hey zesties 👋 everyone is heading to jb nowadays esp with the improvement of currency 🫢🫢 so let me teach y’all how to get BACK from JB! it’s a little different as compared to heading thr, even i get lost sometimes! so here is a super detailed (i’ll try) on how to get BACK to sg

1. gg to jb customs 🛃

when crossing the overhead bridge, do get your passport ready as there will be security thr to check whether you have your passport before u can head to customs

you’ll see a water feature when you’re upstairs. just head to the right side and follow the crowd 🤭 it’s just a one way road.

2. gg to woodlands customs 🛃

after you clear jb customs, continue following the crowd and head over to the bus interchange to sit either bus 170,170x,950,160 to head to woodlands checkpoint.

thr might be a queue that forms at the top right before gg down the escalator. that is most likely the queue for the public buses. u can also take public buses which are around 2-3rm but i’m not very sure of how it works!

if thr is no queue, just walk down the escalator and head towards the right side. don’t cross the road. after walking pass a mama shop, you should be able to see the buses 🚌

3. arriving at woodlands checkpoint

if im not wrong!! just head up the escalator and you’ll see it!

4. heading back home 🏡

just go down the escalator and follow the crowd! you’ll probably see the buses too!

there are different queues at different places for the buses! for bus 160, the queue tends to be rly long and ppl may mistake that for every bus. you can just go forward to check as it’s a separate queue from 950, 170, 170x.

from thr, depending on whr u wanna go, queue at the lane. if u wanna drop at kranji, u can take any of the buses but i recommend to queue at the lanes of 950, 170, 170x. cause everyone will just move no matter what bus comes so don’t be shocked!
