Types of Toxic Lovers

Unfortunately, I haven’t been treated the way I deserve. I used to watch my Disney movies as a little girl and grew up thinking I’d find Prince Charming. Plot twist: I ended up finding these guys. My advice is to drop them if you wanna save your mental health.

Over the years, I’ve learned that nobody is worth sacrificing your mental health for. I haven’t talked to anyone for a while now. Some may call it protecting my peace a little too much, I call it rebuilding myself from what the toxic lovers have done to me.

I can hardly even recognize myself anymore. I was such a happy person before, and now I’ve lost my spark. I can’t imagine what having a man that only wants me would feel like. I also think that when I meet a guy that treats me right, I might be a little confused at first. Is this too TMI? Probably, but I know some of y’all can relate.
