ive been the biggest genki fan for the longest time ever TILL I TRIED SUSHIRO 😮‍💨🫶🏻 they have so many cooked options that even i who aint comfortable with overly raw food can also enjoy heheheh <3

my #musthaves :

- Sweet Shrimp Gunkan

i LOVE shrimp SO FREAKING MUCH and surprisingly even tho this was raw IT WAS ACCEPTABLE FOR ME like it didnt have the gamey smell neither was it too slimy and the fact that the seaweed is crisp and not soggy (another plus point for sushiro) helped cause if not it may come across as a gooey mess but THIS WAS AMAZING

- Sweet Shrimp

this is basically the same as jn just without the seaweed (guess i cant get enough of their shrimps 🥰)

- steamed scallop with lemon basil

THIS. IS. THE. BEST. ITEM. IN. THE. MENU. hands down nth can top this i swear ive been ordering this since my first visit to sushiro years back SO FREAKING GOOD 1. the scallop is cooked hehe 2. IT PAIRS SO WELL WITH THE LEMON BASIL - ok i dont taste much basil but the lemon rly complements the scallop so well its SO TANGY AND REFRESHING 10/10 FOR SURE

- energy boost inari

this was SOOOO filling like u may think that oh since they provided only 1 per plate its not gonna be worth blah blah WRONG. U ARE SO WRONG. in this mini inari sushi its jammed pack with a small sliced up hanjuku egg, beef slices with onion (like those u can find on top of dons) and rice - SUPER FILLING and its not too salty so yay 😋

-shrimp, salmon, corn mayo

i think this is a seasonal item and im so glad i ordered it because SOMEHOW the taste all blend tgt quite nicely and even tho the salmon was raw I WAS OK WITH IT so mini achievement unlocked i guess hehe 🤤

- french fries 🫶🏻

BEFORE YALL COME AT ME FOR ORDERING FRENCH FRIES IN A CONVEYOR BELT SUSHI PLACE, can i just say i was so hesistant to buy this because i also had the similar mindset like oh it aint gonna be worth but BRUH ITS SO GOOD EH 1. IT CAME PIPING HOT like deadass its defo fresh out of the fryer or sth (maybe im j lucky or its been always like this idk its my first time ordering but AMAZING) ANDDDD it doesnt taste plain??? ALSO THERES LIKE THE POTATO SKIN STILL ATTACHED TO IT - honestly idk what diff does it specifically make but somehow i like this better than usual fries without skin hehehehehehehe JUST ORDER IT NO REGRETS PROMISE
