Savory Sojourn: A Culinary Adventure at Kimura NYC

Hi Guys it's me again❗The first thing I did upon returning from my home country was to visit here and try the collagen hot pot nabe which I missed out on last time. I must say, the dishes at this restaurant have never disappointed me.

Collagen Hotpot Nabe:

This is the pig's trotter pot I've been longing for! Inside, there are fresh and juicy collagen-rich pig's trotters, fragrant pork belly slices, and chicken. The moment the waiter served the dish, the delightful aroma of the entire pot full of collagen hit me, making it absolutely irresistible.

Pork Katsu Curry:

Wow! I discovered another gem. Their pork katsu curry ranks in the top three of all the curry rice I've had in New York. The pork cutlet is crispy on the outside and tender inside. The breading is thin, and every bite is full of the savory pork flavor. Paired with their unique Japanese curry, each bite is simply delightful.

Together, the two of us spent a little over $100. We ordered a pig's trotter pot for $27, a $19 curry pork cutlet set meal, and two cocktails; the prices are reasonable. The overall taste was excellent. The pig's trotter soup was extremely flavorful with a hint of spice, and they even provided condiments like minced garlic and chili oil.

What impressed us the most was the pork cutlet curry set meal. But honestly, there isn't a single dish in their restaurant that isn't delicious, and the portion sizes are generous.
