Creste di gallo squid ink pasta
I didn't pay much attention to the menu and thought it was the traditional squid ink pasta, but it turned out to be pasta with squid ink and eggplant sauce. It had large pieces of delicious and fresh shrimp. Another reason I really liked this place is that their pasta has a slightly firm texture. I have to say, it's really hard to find good pasta like this back in my home country, so don't miss out.
Pappardelle Bolognese
A classic tomato meat sauce pasta
It had a chewy texture, topped with Parmesan cheese. The flavors were delightful, leaving a lingering and satisfying aftertaste.
Tiramisu
It's hard to resist ordering a classic Italian dessert like Tiramisu when you visit an Italian restaurant. The taste was good, with layers of flavors. Unfortunately, it wasn't made fresh as it arrived at the table just a few minutes after ordering. Nevertheless, it was incredibly delicious. Truly a testament to the quality you'd expect from an authentic Italian restaurant.
