NYC street style outfit aesthetic

I hope my Lemon8 community can relate and is on the same page with me. A few weeks ago, there was New York Fashion Week, and I was scrolling through my feed, drooling over all the amazing fashion. I couldn't believe I couldn't make it to the city for that week🔥

So, all I could do was admire the paparazzi pictures of fashionistas from all over the world coming to New York City for fashion shows and showcasing their outfits in amazing ways.

I spent hours exploring styles and trying to capture the new trends coming our way, which is really important to me. This post is inspired by that fashion week, and I tried to create the simplest outfits and even took pictures in Chicago as if I were in New York. Ha ha! 😄

There are plenty of trends coming our way, but what I've learned is that monochromatic outfits with minimal pieces will always stay stylish and on point.

MY OUTFIT:

Being minimal in my wardrobe really helps me recreate some of the fashion outfits I see on social media. In this post, I'm rocking an Axel Arigato in M size gray T-shirt that I bought for just $100 during the winter. It's the perfect minimalistic dark gray tee that goes with anything. For bottoms, I went with Aerie washed gray shorts. They're technically meant for lounging at home, but who cares? They look stylish, and I snagged them on sale for just 12 bucks, which is amazing! The star of this outfit, though, has to be the Air Jordans I got from Nike. They're an excellent choice for the fall season and go great with jeans, dresses, sporty looks, or monochromatic outfits. To complete the look, I wore my Adanola shopper bag and rocked some high-length socks from Champion. 💁‍♀️👟
