Amazingly, so many people come alive during summertime in a city like Chicago! I love witnessing joyful individuals biking along the shore, relaxing on the beaches, or leisurely strolling through downtown while sipping iced coffee.

Let me tell you, Chicago is a perfect destination for summer. The weather isn't excessively hot, humid, or sweaty once summer arrives, thanks to Lake Michigan. The city offers a wonderful climate with a refreshing breeze from the lake.

My friends and I absolutely cherish spending time outdoors during these warm days. Michigan is charming, and the sunsets become even more enchanting. The golden hour typically graces us around 7-7:30 pm in July, making it the ideal time to rent a boat and venture away from the shore to relish these breathtaking views. 🤍

So, we decided to rent a boat and make the most of this season, and it turned out to be an incredibly romantic and delightful time spent together! We brought along champagne, snacks, and fruits, setting up a small buffet table on the boat. We chatted, laughed, savored our music, and engaged in friendly conversations... It was truly amazing.

The combination of the refreshing breeze from the lake and the warm, golden sunset light worked like magic. None of us wanted this experience to come to an end. 🥹
