This salad took me less than five minutes to make and it requires absolutely no cooking! So if you’re not a big cooker but are looking for healthy meal ideas, then make sure to save this post! It literally has 3 ingredients, so there’s no excuse to not eating healthy!

Ingredients:
- Arugula (you could also use different greens if you aren’t a fan of
arugula)
- Balela salad (i got mine at Trader Joe’s, all prepped and ready to go)
- This is basically marinated chickpeas! - 1⁄2 Avocado
Directions:
Simply add as much arugula as you desire, then add some cut avocado and the balela salad. Make sure to get a lot of the marinade into the bowl. If the salad feels dry, feel free to add some olive oil and lemon juice!
