Here are some things you need to know before visiting the happiest place on earth ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚

✦ Bring snacks & water !!!! ✦

Disneyland allows you to bring in small snacks like bread/chips and your own drink! Food inside disney is SUPER EXPENSIVE so it’ll definitely save you some money if you bring your own ~

✦ Don’t need to be there when it opens ✦

You’ll want to stay for the finale at night, so it will be too long of a day if you enter the park early! I went about 1pm and i still had alot of time ~ Sleep in !!! You don’t have to enter the disneyland sooo early !

✦ Reserve your date (AFTER BOOKING)✦

You’ll need to reserve a slot after making a booking !!!! (only applies to HK Disneyland) as part of their covid precaution measures, which is a good thing because they limit the amount of people that can enter the park at a certain time!!! Queues for the rides are so much shorter now ( 5-20mins)

✦ Buy the headband ✦

Get the headband the moment you enter !!! It is super cute ~ If you got it previously from other Disneys, you can bring your own !! (it is now quite expensive, $169HKD FOR ONE ): ) Get a matchy bag to go with your headband hehe!

✦ A GOOD SPOT ✦

Don’t stand too front !!! You will be able to watch the night lights but wont be able to get nice videos / pictures with both the castle & fireworks in it !! The show starts at 830pm while the crowd started forming at 7pm! So do be sure to find your spot early ~

✦ Start with the shortest waittime✦

Rush to the furthest ride or the one with the shortest wait time!!! So that you can try more rides ~

✦ Check the photo taking timings ✦

Be sure to check the different timings that you get to take pictures with the different characters!! The queues close quite fast so you’ll need to be prepared to head down to the photospots before the queue starts !!

Disneyland is truly the happiest place on earth ~ I got my tickets from Klook at $109 per person since it was during their peak! They have 3 different types of tickets — regular , peak , peak plus! They are NOT OPEN everyday, so remember to check before heading down❤️ Download their Disney App to have the full map of the park & to also check the wait time !!
