Homemade Sweetgreen Harvest Bowl Recipe

If you’re a Sweetgreen lover, but you don’t always pay the price for a bowl, then here’s a dupe you can make at home. It’s so good, you can make a big batch of it too and it can last more that one sitting.

Chop some sweet potatoes into cubes and add oil and salt and pepper and roast in the oven. Then cut some apples and tofu. I'm using tofu to make it plant-based. Then make your balsamic dressing (all of the ingredients are on the screen) and mix some into the tofu. Next cook wild rice on the stove. Drizzle ur dressing on top and massage it into the kale, then add the sweet potatoes, rice, apples, sliced almonds, and this vegan goat cheese (such a good dairy free option) and boom! It’s ready to enjoy.
