Love Letter to Olympic National Park 💌

Friends, this is your sign to visit the lovely Olympic Peninsula 🫶🏽 It’s a place to ground yourself, calm your mind, and spark creativity 😌

Although I grew up in Washington, I never visited until my 20s. Can you believe that?

✨Now, it’s one of my favorite destinations ✨

Take these tips that I’ve learned after spending the last couple of years exploring Olympic National Park:

🌙 While you can do a day trip from Seattle, it’s best to take a slower pace. I recommend staying at least 2 nights.

🏨 If you like having a city basecamp, try Port Angeles. It’s known as the gateway to Olympic National Park. There’s plenty of Airbnb’s and hotels.

🏕️ Or, sleep under the stars at one of many national park or national forest campgrounds

🗺️ Map out all the details of your trip before leaving home because you likely will not have phone service

🦉 Bring binoculars for spotting wildlife like elk, owls, sea otters, & even whales

🌧️ Pack clothes for cold, wet weather (just in case)
