Soft Red Velvet Cookies with Cream Cheese Filling!

These Red Velvet Cookies are so moist and delicious.

To make these you will need:

One box of Red Velvet cake mix

2 large eggs

1/2 cup of oil

1tbs of vanilla abstract

Filling:

One block of cream cheese (softened)

1/3 cup of powdered sugar

1tbs of vanilla abstract

(Using a hand mixer, slowly add powdered sugar to your cream cheese.)

Once your ingredients are all mixed, using a cookie scoop, make a little dent in the center of your cookie batter and place a 1/2 tsp of your filling inside. Close it shut and place on cookie sheet. Repeat this step for reach cookie.

Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 7-8 mins.

Let them cool and enjoy!
