Southwest CUCUMBA TOMATA Salad

Cucumber

Tomato

Onion ,( preferably red ,but use whatcha got )

Avocado

Fresh Jalepeno (optional )

Creamy Italian dressing

Chipotle Whipped Cream cheese ( I had a little I needed to use and this is fye on everything, trust me )

Salt and Pepper to taste

If the traditional version (regular Italian dressing) is too tangy for you , TRY THIS !
