I do a daily grounding practice outside for 5-10 minutes and it really helps center myself. The practice of grounding is done to connect our bodies to the earth in order to feel more rooted secured. I always feel such a positive shift when I do this.
The benefits of this practice include: reducing stress, lowering inflammation, improving sleep, improving energy and mood.
There are different ways in which you can ground, you can meditate, walk around the park, hike/forest bathe, swim in the ocean or rivers or even sit around a body of water. The idea is to connect to our home, earth.
