I was a hardcore lower body gal until i noticed reginas delts SO NICE?? In a tank top??? I want that!
I was a hardcore leg and core junkie. I thought doing upper body will make me big but IT DOESNT LA πππ if u gain weight u gain everywhere one i just look better now. U can pick and choose what upperbody parts u wanna pump up tho!!
The first few upper body workouts are SO HUMBLING. I had dead muscles (j non existent) and even at the lowest weights i cldnt feel the strain or stretch and it was so maddening
π 1. Workout splits - I stopped doing strict workout splits bc i didnt have the time to gym 2-3x a week. I added chest workouts into leg days for the lols and it made my gym sessions more enjoyable π±π±
π 2. Taking it easy - I started doing hip thrusts with cardio, 1-2 chest exercises with leg day and it relieved the pressure of needing to be strict and increasing weights - as long as i am working out and getting the serotonin, im happy!!
π3. Buying 5kg weights for home - $35 from Decahtlon (i think) and i could just do arm workouts at home HAHA worth βΌοΈβΌοΈβΌοΈβΌοΈ
My fav exercises (this is not a programme!!!)
π€π» face pulls (can really feel my back clenching w this one)
π€π» lat raises (delts!!! π»π»π»)
π€π» chest press, chest flys (works my shoulders and my chest! Super easy to do, idiot-proof)
Do these exercises on low weights and do it PROPERLY!!
