7-ingredients Egg Dumpling for soup！Pasti Sedap😍

Today I made my favorite egg dumplings. The recipe is very simple, and both adults and children love them. There are many ways to 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗸 egg dumplings – you can steam them, cook them in soup, use them in hot pot, or cook them in a clay pot😍

📖Ingredients:

Minced chicken,oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper,sesame oil

🥚Malaysia Egg mixture:

Eggs, a pinch of salt

☁️Instructions:

1.Mix minced meat with oyster sauce, soy sauce, and pepper.

2.Beat eggs with a pinch of salt.

3.Heat a non-stick skillet, add oil.

4.Pour a thin egg layer, cook until set but not browned.

5.Place meat mixture on one half, fold over.

6.Seal edges with a spatula.

7.Cook until meat is done.

8.Slice and serve✅
