Today i will sharing a Radish cake recipe which is easy to follow! And the taste so good than the dim sum restaurant ✨

📖Ingredients

Dried Shrimp

Garlic

Fried shallot in oil

Shredded radish

📖Flour Water Mixture

210g Rice flour

2 Tsp White pepper

1 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Chicken seasoning powder

250ml Water+water 100ml（if you prefer more soft texture)

1.🔥Steam for one hour

2. Let it cool completely

3. Cut into small pieces

4. Fry the cake until golden crispy✅
