Once i stepped in, the restaurants looks grand and it was well lighted. The restaurant interior looks gorgeous 😍 The staffs were so friendly and they were so hygienic. They prepare the dumplings and xiao long bao all in the open window kitchen. So you can see the process from the outside 🥟🥢

In case if you wondering what is so special about this dumpling. There's soup inside the steamed dumpling and when you take a bite, the dumpling will explode and the soup will burst out 😍 Im drooling by just imagining it! You could eat it with thinly-sliced ginger or dip it in the vinegar + soy sauce. The little bit of tangy taste will definitely bring your xiao long bao experience to the whole new level!
