Life | In Need Of Some Help 😔

Recently, I feel really stressed towards my studies and life. I’m kinda lost at the moment and not sure what to do to change the situation right now.

Regarding studies, I currently lost motivation to study. I couldn’t keep up with my studies and I couldn’t focus during the online lecture classes. I have 2 more weeks until I finish my semester 2, but my brain is not filled with any subject’s knowledge, not at all.

As for some personal issues that I’m facing right now, it’s more like an inner fight in my heart. I just couldn’t stay positive towards things that are happening around me, and I totally have no clue how I can help.

What should I do now? Please give me some advice, I really need some positive feedbacks or words from all of you 🥺
