It's the best sandals I know of <$100, either for fashion, backpacking, or hiking. I "hiked" 11km in Macritchie on my first wear and had 0 blisters ๐คฉ
๐ต I sPLURGED on em. I rarely splurge (I started with <$20 hiking boots that lasted me 4 years...) so yknow I did my research and they better be good (I really really hope so)
โ I've been wanting and needing hiking sandals for a while, I tried Decathlon's for a bit and I'm a huge fan of them but their hiking sandals didn't feel comfortable for me (hard soles, gave me blisters). They were also not supposed to be used in water.
๐ I needed one I could ๐๐๐ช๐จ๐ ๐ก๐ค๐ฃ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ข ๐ฌ๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ช๐ฉ ๐ฅ๐๐๐ฃ๐จ ๐๐ฃ ๐๐ก๐ก ๐จ๐ค๐ง๐ฉ๐จ ๐ค๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ค๐ฃ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐จ so unfortunately I returned the Decathlon ones. I hesitated to buy Tevas because they seemed overhyped, but I've barely seen much negative reviews when it comes to their Hurricane XLT2, so I took the L E A P ๐ธ

๐ ๐ญ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (?) They're kinda trendy now, with many fashion influencers giving style ideas. Tho it's funny because they were said to be ugly at one point but Teva remarketed it I think & now they're a fashion icon.

โ๏ธ Perfect for summer hikes! Or maybe even winter, I saw a lady hike in this on snow once....

โ Not the cheapest
โ Might be overhyped
โ Unsure if it's really durable, haven't used it long enough (will update post after using for more than a year)

โ If you've got a lower budget, try Decath hiking sandals! They might not work for me but they might for you - remember everyone's feet is different :'D
โ If you've got a higher budget, try Chacos Cloud/Z1/2, or bedrock.
If you like sandals with toe protection, try Keen's (but then at this r8 might as well buy hiking shoes??)
โข They're more branded/well known for their decent (but not so budget @ over $100) hiking sandals that last a long time
