I always ensure I work on these good habits to make my morning feel good and ready to kickstart a positive and productive day~~
1. Make my bed ☀️ - Making the bed is important to set the tone for the day. It is a healthy habit to have that boosts your mood and visual cleanliness.
2. Hydration 🍋 - I drink a glass of water with lemon to rehydrate the body.
3. Journal 📝 - I use the 5 minutes journal (which so many people already have!!) to write down gratitude and affirmations so that my day begins with positivity and gratefulness.
4. Meditation ✨ - A short meditation 5-10 mins. I focus on the sound and surroundings and envision my daily intentions for goals and values.
5. Nutritious breakfast 🍳 - A healthy nutritious breakfast is important. We need good ingredients for great energy throughout the day.
6. morning coffee is a must-have! (such a coffee lover) ☕️
7. morning walk 🚶🏻♀️ - After breakfast, I take my dog for a 10-minute walk to soak into the sunlight and fresh air, which boosts mood and energy. Sometimes could be an energy booster, or it could be a work break.
8. stretching and yoga 🧘🏻♀️ - relax & awakes the body and release tension
9. plan the day 📆 - In order to have a productive and organized day to accomplish goals, I plan out my day with a to-do list and ready to work! …learning to manage time wisely…
10. start with the most demanding working tasks in the morning 💻 - When the mind is fresh, start with the most complex tasks!
