Healthy, vegetarian dinner that is simple and easy.

Ingredients:
- cauliflower (1 Head)
- Flour (1 Cup)
- Corn Starch (1/4 Cup)
- Salt ( 1 teaspoon)
- Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon)
- paprika (1 teaspoon)
- Milk (1 Cup)
- Panko (1 Cup)
- Sriracha
- Kewpie mayo
- Spring roll sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Start by cutting your cauliflower into big chunks.
3. To make the batter combine flour, corn starch, spices, milk.
4. Add chunks of cauliflower and mix until evenly coated.
5. Add panko and mix again.
6. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
7. To make sauce combine kewpie mayo, Sriracha, and spring roll sauce (to taste). Add more spring roll sauce more than other.
8. Mix in cauliflower and evenly coat.
9. Pair with sides and enjoy!
I paired my dish with a side of rice and sautéed zucchini and mushrooms!
