Looking for places that serve dinner & drinks near JB’s city square mall so you can easily head back to the customs? Look no further!

Merah Kitchen & Bar is a hidden restaurant (hidden because the entrance is a Japanese vending machine) with nostalgic decor and neon lights. Every nook and cranny is aesthetically pleasing, perfect for photo opportunities! 📸

Here are some reasons why my friends and I spent a few hours at this restaurant:

⭐️ Board/card games are available for you to borrow and play with your friends. 🃏

⭐️ There are two arcade machines with thousands of mini retro games, it was super fun! 🕹️

⭐️ The corner opposite the toilet has vintage collectibles and posters. Snap some Instagram photos here ✌🏻

⭐️ They provide toiletries for you to freshen up, which I felt was a really thoughtful initiative 🥲

We ordered 2 mains and 2 sides to share among three pax! My friend and I also had one soju cocktail each, and we were pleasantly surprised when each cocktail comes with a full bottle of soju. 🍹

I highly recommend their Seabass Risotto and Mozzarella Cheese Sticks!
