Shops You Shouldn’t Miss in Seoul! ✨🛍️

Went to Seoul recently and here are the shops I think you MUST check out!!!

1. Sappun - Hongdae, Myeongdong, Garosugil

An affordable shoe shop that sells dressier but also casual shoes from $30+! Supper affordable and comfy. Also has coquette designs!

2. Mardi Mercredi - Itaewon

The flower shirt with the word “Mardi” you see everybody wearing! Shirts start from $40. Very trendy!

3. Glowny - Itaewon

Fell in love with the quality of the pieces there! Their white tops are not sheer, so you can’t see through them like a lot of tops which I like! Lowkey similar to brandy but better quality imo 🤣 Do give it a visit if you are looking for good quality basic wear! Their pieces are on the pricier side though.

4. Margesherwood, Stand Oil, Squareline, Matin Kim

Stores you can find good quality bags from! You can find them in different neighbourhoods. Love the pieces there, and not too expensive. Matin Kim also has some cute clothes.

5. Fwee - Seongsu

You get a free keychain blush with every purchase! Their blush pots are very smooth and easy to apply.

6. Daniel’s Truth - seongsu & myeongdong

Honestly wanted to gatekeep this because its not a well known fragrance brand at all and I really love the scent olive ridge and their signature bombshell that they have there. They sell perfume oils which last a LONGG time and go at 54k won for 10ml roll-on bottles which can last for 2 months if you use it everyday. Their 20ml (but no roll-on) goes for 90+k won)

7. Object- Hongdae, Seoungsu, near Bukchon Hanok/ikseongdong

Cute stationary/accessories by local artists!!! Super cute. I love dinotaeng (their characters are quokkas) and other creators! You also get to customise a keychain or pouch with patches of the characters of local artists

8. Butter- Yeouido, Hongdae, Myeongdong

Another cute stationary/accessory shop with very cute blindboxes!! Loveee going there, it’s one of the better places to buy souvenirs because they are on the cheaper side! With keychains and blind boxes starting from 4900 won.

9. Kodak - seongsu

They have seongsu & seoul- exclusive shirts there! The store is also super cute even if you don’t want to get anything, it is worth visiting!

10. Grandhand- Bukchon Hanok

Another fragrance shop! They say really affordable sprays (55k won for 130ml) for room, pillows, and clothes. They also let you customise your own bottle by stamping letters onto the fabric with a choice to add a purple or red heart!
