not gatekeeping this hidden gem in tanjong pagar

introducing my favourite pizzeria in singapore - blue label pizza @ ann siang hill! ive visited this hole in the wall gourmet pizza restaurant many times and i realised many people haven’t heard of this amazing place! good things must share 👍🏼

here are some of the foods ive tried:

🇲🇽 mexico by day, lebanon by night $42 - 5/5

chipotle based pizza with al pastor, guac crema, poblano and chicharrones topping, i highly recommend! my fav pizza that ive had here, not too jelak and super flavourful

💰wish i was a baller $42 - 4/5

bechamel sauce base with sliced steak, roasted onions, mushroom and provolone! this is really good too but i found it got jelak rly fast bec its so creamy, but nonetheless great for sharing 👍🏼

🍗buffalo wings $14 - 5/5

the main star of this dish is actually the blue cheese ranch that comes with the wings that are truly chefs kiss 😭😭 my friends and i even dip the pizzas in this ranch cos its that good…

overall rating: 10/10 highly recommend!

📌my thoughts:

honestly theres been one too many times where i go to tanjong pagar to have a meal and its just so expensive and not even that good, but blue label is a restaurant that i always go back to because the price is very reasonable for how ‘atas’ the place is LOL and the food is actually really delicious. the restaurant interior is also really nice and i absolutely love the low ceiling basement + the vibes of the restaurant with their bright blue walls! definitely a must try if u are looking for a nice restaurant in town. make sure to make a reservation if you are heading down on a weekend!
