jb cafes: sunday morning coffee shop ☀️

today i visited a small cosy japanese cafe tucked away in the street of jalan trus in johor! it is in the same area as many popular cafes and food spots about 10 minutes away from the customs :~) this cafe serves comfort japanese food like udon🍜 and curry rice🍛 as well as specialty drip coffee☕️ ! it is also a film lab where u can get your films developed 👍🏼👍🏼

here are some of the foods i tried:

🫖english breakfast tea RM6 - 4/5

🍛japanese curry rice RM13- 4/5

tastes like a very warm home cooked meal, very decent for the price but nothing mind blowing!

overall rating: 6/10

my thoughts:

i probably would not visit this place again but it was worth a try! personally i think there are many other cafes in the area that serve better food as well as have better vibes 👍🏼 nonetheless i think it is a great place for a quick pick-me-up after u have just crossed the border
