Rocks in my Bathroom Sink?

In past posts showing my bathroom sink, I was asked why there’s rocks inside the sink. Yes, it’s intentional for reasons and here’s why.

I was inspired by this restaurant that I dined out in NYC once with a big rock inside the sink. It was aesthetically very pleasing with a unique touch by just adding a rock in the sink. Inspired by this, I collected pebble rocks myself to create my own aesthetic for my town bathroom. It turned out to be great, I’m loving how rocks in the sink creates this unique aesthetic in my bathroom.

Not only aesthetic purposes, but it’s also surprisingly functional. I use my perfume samples that I hardly use to spray on the surface of the rocks in the sink to bring the scents to live. The rocks absorb and will preserve the scent as long as possible, so I don’t need an extra diffuser in the bathroom to smell good. It’s a fun unique DIY diffuser!
