Let’s face it.. a lot of people have opinions on Orange Theory, but I LOVE IT. It has drastically changed my quality of life over the past few years, and I couldn’t encourage people more to try it. It is so much fun and pushes you to be a better you!! I’ve never been the athlete type.. never in my whole life! This fitness class has changed how I think about everything in my life!
